General contractor for 12 Orange Street, Christopher Skehel, gives Michael Molinar a tour of the house. It's been seven weeks sinc3 Michael was there last and the house is truly in a major transition. The renovation of 12 Orange St. is a project of Mark Goldweitz of Garrison Square Management.
