The Whalers traveled to Rochester, MA on Saturday October 20 to take on the Avon/Holbrook High School Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs took a 16-0 lead into the half and extended the lead to 32 in the fourth quarter. The Whalers made two scores in the Fourth quarter resulting in a final score of 32-15.
The Whaler's record now stands at 0-5 with four games remaining. They are 0-2 in Mayflower Small Conference play with three conference games remaining against Tri-County, Old Colony, and Diman Vo-Tech High School.
A trip to the Superbowl seems unlikely, but the Whalers hope that they can take home the annual Island Cup against Martha's Vineyard this year on November 17.
