Captain Bob Decosta of Albacore Charters says things are starting to happen on the fishing front. Black Sea Bass and Scup are starting to show up on the wrecks in the sound. Small Stripers are being caught off the south shore. The Bluefish should be here any day. This week is the Atlantic Cafe - Nantucket Tackle Bluefish Tournament.
