Dude Looks Like a Lady

If you weren’t there, we could say you didn’t miss much. But that would
be a lie. This year’s Ms. Mantucket certainly lived up to its
reputation of a wild and crazy time. Eleven participants, shall we call
them “ladies”, got all dolled up and strutted their stuff at The
Atlantic Café. It’s all for a good cause, as they helped raise almost
$20,000 for the Nantucket Rotary Scholarship fund. Miss Sun Island, also known as Nick Duarte, was bestowed the title of Ms. Mantucket 2008.
