The Story Behind Amy's Organic Hair Coloring
"I owned and operated on eco-friendly all organic hair salon in Dallas, Texas, and thought it would be wrong of me it use ammonia in the air space which was advertised to be "GREEN". The search began, and my apprentice at the time found the products we now use, and told me 'You have got to talk to Hilton Bell in Florida, they have found a way to do color with out ammonia!!' So off I went; I ordered it and had an hour long talk with one of the developers, Hilton, then I started using it on my clientèle in Dallas. Just in case, I kept about twenty tubes of my old coloring system and, after a year, I returned all the tubes of the old color because no one asked me to us the stuff, which itched, burned and made their hair brassy."
